Retro Plate 99

Retro Plate is a chemical reactive concrete stabilizer which enhances the concrete density and hardness allowing the concrete to be finished to a high cosmetic marble like sheen.

It is used in conjunction with the Retro Plate 99 floor restoration system for repairing floors in which:

  • The floor is deterioriating and dusting.
  • The concrete surface is dull, rough, pitted or raw looking.
  • Overlays, toppings or expensive recoating is required.
  • A marble like, hard shell maintenance free finish is desired.

Concrete in its natural state is a porous product that is susceptible
to efflorescence, spalling and dusting; and it does not provide an aesthetic finish, nor is it easily cleaned.
