There has been a lot of talk about 'Green' buildings and management lately. Green in this respect can be summarized as meeting the standards of LEED, the U.S. Green Building Council's green building rating system. Its mission is to promote the design, construction and operation of environmentally responsible, profitable, healthy facilities.
